  • 2 bay leaves (Indonesian: daun salam)
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind + 3 tablespoon water, seeds and pulp removed
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon sugar
