Mushroom and Goat’s Cheese Omelet with Spinach and Avocado

It is no info that my obsession with breakfast grows with each and every day. Pancakes and waffles and carver desperate, oh my…but my historical copulate lies with eggs. I don't eff that I could ever afford up eggs.
