  2. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  3. 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  4. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (may substitute 1 tsp. dried dill)
  6. ¼ tsp. salt
  7. 1/8 tsp. pepper
  8. 2 garlic cloves, minced

Manual
For the burgers:
