Scored Potatoes

This is a fun introduction for potatoes.  These Scored Potatoes and rich and the smoked paprika in the arm gives them a wonderful smoking taste.



Ingredients:
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 4 T butter, molten
  • 1 teaspoon preserved paprika
  • 1 containerful mixed dried herbs (I utilised Parisien herbs)
  • 2 teaspoons flavourer pulverisation
  • 1 teaspoon onion makeup
  • Seasoning & bush, to savour
  • 1/2 C of your dearie shredded cheese (we misused Dismiss Carangid)

  1.
